Stay hard longer

I use Vedafil 100 mg. Take it about 1-1.5 hours prior to activity. Yes I get flushed cheeks, occasionally a minor headache and sometimes, several hours later a minor upset stomach. I can feel it starting to kick-in around 30 mins after taking it. Even without direct arousal I can feel my cock filling. With arousal it fills fully but not hard (like it used to when younger). I've found a bit of sucking helps to stiffen things up but sometimes it's not enough for easy penetration, especially if she's tight or we have the angles wrong. Now and again I haven't been stiff enough even to "stuff" it in! Having said that he feels fuller than normal. I've taken to using a ring after a bit of sucking which does help keep me hard for a bit longer. Downside of the ring is that I, mostly, don't cum through penetrative sex with it on and sometimes have to resort to HJ to get it done. Without the ring he tends to soften to a point that the condom can loosen. A couple of times it's come off and she's had to fish it out!.

The bugger is that the old-fella remains pretty full, so not soft but not hard, for up to 24 hours. Once or twice I've woken up with a raging (very) hard on so I know it can happen.

Fuck old-age that's what I say. I'm talking to my GP next month to see if some testosterone replacement will help.

Sounds like everything you mentioned is the same for me, sometimes just doesn't stay hard enough and have to give up.
I have always had high blood pressure even with regular exercise like every day, as well as eating healthy.
Have a doctors appointment booked and want to see if I am eligible for blood pressure medication, also want to check testosterone levels. And woundnt mind trying some tadalfil to see if it works better,

For me the side effects are the same, just the length and intensity are different. I just get a stuffy nose, and a light headache. With Taldafil they are less intense but last longer. I am a bit of a unit, so I take the max dose for both, and probably only experience mild side effects. Nowhere near enough to make me want to stop using them.

I have been on health binge last couple of years, to repair some poor physical and mental health I was experiencing prior to, and during COVID. I have lost alot of weight recently, and it has helped with my confidence. I find that this, coupled with using ED meds, has really helped me in the bedroom with both WGs and partners. I think this is probably underrated for a lot of men too, since the confidence you get cascades into the bedroom in how you perform etc. Well, that's my experience anyway.

I've tried both Vedafil in the past, and currently use Tadalafil. Both give me similar side effects particularly strong headaches and the feeling of being fully face flushed feeling. The dose with Vedafil in the past has been around 50mg. I've tried a larger 100mg dose but it does NOT give me the full hard on erection. So much depends on psychology as my body can not maintain the hard erection for long periods (yes i'm jealous of you guys being able to stay hard for like 30 or 1 hour sessions). As I explained to my GP (who is relatively a new doctor for our family of maybe 3 years ; a young female GP), staying hard for long is difficult. So we went from Viagra to Tadalafil.

One thing I noticed is both drugs give me a different mind set into executing ejaculation. It's MUCH MUCH more challenging than without taking the drug, as i've noticed when masturb*ting. When doing penetration, both drugs don't seem to leave with a super hard erection. Overall I sometimes what what are the upper limits in dose for either drug?

In summary there have been times i've been so horny with a girl that I don't need the ED drugs, ending up with severe blue balls (not something that happens when seeing a SWs as I find it's only the emotion connection, with takes time to know the person, that creates that strong STRONG sexual desire).

This is an interesting thread as it seems for some, the ED drugs do wonders. I'm looking to experiment in higher doses but then there's the risk that it doesn't work (the headaches overcome the benefits - and the challenge that the orgasms are more difficult to execute).

Sometimes my wife is so good that she knows how to get me hard. On last occasion she interrupted my computer use at the desk. Rode me nice and slow until I i'm edging, and then she just knows when to go fast to blow my load. Perhaps it's the feeling without using a condom that makes all the difference? All without the use of any ED drug, or any lube.

Interesting to hear other people's experiences using the drugs.
I never need to take any ED medication with the wife, probably because of factors like the emotional connection, no condom, no nerves, and you can take your time, she doesn't have a countdown timer. Haha

But rocking up to a WG and expecting to perform straight away is very difficult. Don't know if its to do with nerves or no emotional connection or what, but I have found I NEED the ED drugs, or I just can't get it up. But then I find it really hard to come, and usually if I haven't after about 20-30mins I go soft. If I find they seem to be enjoying it, and everything feels good mentally, then I can finish.

Haven't noticed a difference between taking 50 or 100mg, except the face flush is more severe with 100mg.
 
chiming in here. some people talked about the negative side effects of ED drugs. neg effects are strong for me in particular. and I have had performance issues due to age, porn addiction, etc.

I have been experimenting with sexual performance supplements from chemist warehouse/ bargain chemist etc.

1. herbal ignite max worked after a week on it as prescribed on the bottle. not walking around with a boner but when with a WG I am good to go just after lying down next to her for a bit and kissing. also, gave me crazy morning wood.

2. zinc (without herbal ignite) helped with getting morning wood and I feel it helped the quality of erections. took maybe a couple weeks to work on me.

3. have now started L-citrulline as I've heard it helps blood flow and increased hardness of erections.

4. not a boner assist but have been taking lecithin to help with cumloads. yup, boys, this shit works. also makes my orgasms last longer in addition to slinging rope. once meant to shoot my loan on WG's titties but couldnt control the hose boys , it went all over her chin and face. she didnt flinch though what a champ, I think she might have been used to it lols. cute brazilian girl that one, miss her pretty face lolz.
 
So for my first double I was pretty nervous and went to the doc to grab some pills. This was super easy, just told doc I was having trouble at home keeping it up bla bla bla.

Got a script and some pills. I don't usually have trouble but I'm pretty new to WGs and like some people here can have a slow start with a new faces.

Anyway I popped 4 50mg viagras (Google said this was a pretty bad idea) and rocked up to see 2 stunners at LF. Managed to last the full hour, 1 shot. Plenty of time in each lady.

Don't think I'd have pulled this off without the blue. 36 years old and pretty healthy. I think I'd only save it for the long sessions or the doubles personally.

Slight headache on the drive home but apart from that no side effects for me.

Edit. Quitting smoking was a game changer for me. Really effected how hard I got and for how long.
 
I don't usually need anything but I have found taking a 50mg or 100mg Vedafil is an 'insurance'. And generally I get harder and can stay hard for the entire booking, or if we are having a little breather I can get fully hard again. Definitely feel like there is more more blood flow and a thicker member with the juice.

Sometimes may get the flushed face or a slight headache, nothing too drastic. Have taken Viagra and not noticed any difference in the efficacy between products, they both work, but Vedafil is cheaper.
 
Taking zinc helps with my sex drive.

I also use Vedifil for longer sessions.
I used to use 50 (100 pill cut in half) but found that a little too much, now I go a 1/4 or maybe a 1/3 - it works great. Less is more.
Yes, it's a little harder to cum the second time, but that's ok.
The side effects are a pain, flushed face, snuffy nose. And a shit of a headache if you drink alcohol with it!

If I'm doing a full evening play, I give myself a topup by crushing part of a pill and snorting it.

Cardio does help for some but not a fix for all. For myself in my 30s I was most fit and maintained sporting and physical work out with touch rugby. Could not figure out why the bedroom performance declined as I approached closer to 40 despite maintaining the physical workout.
