To offer a useful opinion probably requires a lot more information. Is she a Kiwi? If not what is her immigration status? How old are each of you? What do you know about her background? Are you employed or in business for yourself? What does she know about you? Have any of your your friends met her? Have you met any of her friends? It’s relatively uncommon for a WG to form an extra curricular attachment but I am aware of several who have formed exclusive attachment to and in some cases married clients. What do you talk about? Domesticity? Children? Travel? Houses? Hobbies? More information needed.
So sometimes she still does charge you?
We're both immigrants from different continents and cultures. She's lived here for 10 years, I've only been here for 1, so she can't take advantage of me, haha. I'm 15 years younger than her; I'm under 30. I'm just an employee, but I earn good money and live comfortably. I don't have any friends here, so I don't know if she's supposed to treat everyone this way or what. I do meet her friends when we go out to eat and she invites me. She knows quite a bit about me, and I about her—some pretty personal things, but she avoids talking about others, and we usually chat about everything.
If she's buying you things and taking you out I don't think she's just trying to hustle you. Don't look a gift-horse in the mouth buddy- just ride the wave and have fun.
I understand it's her job, so sometimes I book an hour for her, and when I go we usually end up spending 3 or 4 hours doing a little bit of everything, not just sex. The time depends on whether someone books her or not.
That’s all helpful information. My advice would be to gradually expand the scope of your conversation so you develop some ideas about your respective future goals and whether any of them coincide. You also need to think about your goals and if and how she might fit into them. In the meantime enjoy the moment and build the relationship.
Haha, I understand your point of view and I thought about it, but I won't lie, it's stirring up feelings in me and I don't want to look like an idiot, that's why I keep going over it in my mind.
As @Breaker says, enjoy what you have. But, as with any relationship, be prepared for it to not last and be careful with any financial arrangements.

I can’t see how, beyond a certain point, you could both respect each other. Quite the opposite: you’ll become obsessed with being taken for a fool and she’s going to take it that you are a fool. IMO, of course. Enjoy it for now.
Yes, we have sex often. Sometimes I have to pay for her work time, and other times I just go to her house, we have lunch or dinner, and then it all happens for free.
I also take that into account because I don't want those insecurities.
I try not to think about it, or to see it as me meeting her while she was working, but if you think about that situation, it's obviously annoying. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone my age; I'm an immigrant with no family or friends here. I suppose those factors are affecting me and putting me in this position.
I could easily be way off base but I don't think there's any 'logical behaviour' per se, she just wants to spend time with you because she enjoys your company both in and outside of the bedroom. You might be overthinking it? Not that I'd blame you, I'd probably do the same if I was in your position.
