Check out sbfsg.net, it's a very busy forum for Singapore punting and massages. The Local Massage Service Directory folder has a section for English speaking masseuses and full service escorts. They also link to some direct sites like

which I've used in the past to book girls directly.

There are only a handful of brothels left in the country, mostly in Gelang, so unless you really want to go to one, it's much easier to just text girls from those sites and arrange a time to meet them. Also, even though Singapore is a small country, any girl who says that she works in the East is going to be at least 40 mins away, so it's best to book ones that are in the central part of the island.

Prices start at $120NZD for an hour massage with a HJ or two if you can go that fast and $150 and up for full service. There are a ton of massage places around as well, so you can also take your chances with hitting them up, I've had a great experience there with only a few times where extras weren't offered.

Just got back from Singapore, was very surprised to see a LOT of working ladies on the corner of Orchard Rd and Claymore - was staying at the new Pan Pacific hotel there and had no idea we'd have workers on the doorstep! Some very pretty girls, they'll literally walk up to you on the street, and ask if you want company. Some trans workers too.
They're still working out of Orchard Towers. So if you want to "window shop", that's a good place to start!

Great to hear that Orchard Towers is still going! I had some fun times there, but heard it was being closed after years of threats from the government.

Yeah, the rules there are odd, prostitution itself is not illegal.... but you can't make any money from sex or use private residences for charging people for sex. The government really cracks down on people using HDB (govt subsidised housing that 80% of the country lives in) flats for sexual services, even to the point where they would shut down massage parlors within 200 meters of an HDB block. But they also let Geylang do its thing so people go there where the brothels are allowed to operate. I think NZ took a very mature attitude about prostitution which Singapore seems to run away from.
