Any particular reason why handful of girls move from Dollhouse to La Fleur?

I know there’s been a couple of girls who moved over including the current owner but I’m just curious as to what happened?
 
6 from DH moved over to start LF. Leader was Ruby from what I hear. Had a rich backer supposedly. I’m sure Nat can give us all the details. I few Indy’s have ended up there too ie Poppy and Bianca. Must be the steady income of an agency ? Split advertising etc.
 
Asheley was one. Changed to Lucy Adams. Great big peachy ass and best firm natural D’s I had the pleasure off. She enjoyed a good bi double as well.

Yah. She’s reasonably in the know as the Indy’s will have their own comm network. She’s forthright so if I’m wrong I’m sure she or someone else will correct me.

Got it. Lexi. Stunning young blonde with a tight, athletic figure. Ahe was a looker. She was hot and cold apparently. I only ever got luke warm to warm.

. According to that, Ruby got fed up with the dark rooms and old furniture and lack of luxury in the industry, thought it fostered shame. Wanted somewhere brighter and more luxurious, so started it up herself.

Bear in mind I don’t actually know the details about what all went on with that, personally I don’t know any of the La Fleur girls nor have I really spoken with any of them online. I only know personally what I’ve heard from others (both girls & punters) however bear in mind that is potentially just hearsay as it is gossip.

What I heard personally was that for one reason or another the girls that left to go start La Fleur left because they didn’t like Dh’s management and thought that Dh was too “cliquey”. Potentially they may not have been getting enough work at DH and blamed it on the agency being cliquey idk.

From my own personal experience though I’ve had only positive and very much transparent interactions with DH and there management, as far as I’m aware the workers nor the management there aren’t cliquey whatsoever. However La Fleur on the other hand, my experience communicating with them was weird to say the least. I very much got the sense that they didn’t allow outsiders to come work with them unless they happen to already be friends with one of the workers there, from memory when I enquired about interviewing with them they expressed they were interested in meeting. Then organised a date that suited both of us but never confirmed a time, then on the day I was completely ghosted and none of my messages received a response. Idk personally I believe there was probably some breakdown in communication between DH and the group of girls that left to go start La Fleur, perhaps they got salty about getting less work while at DH and in response ended up projecting a bit. Who knows honestly.
