Looks promising but worried it could be a B/S, located in Takapuna and almost seems to be too good to be true so wondering if anyone has had any experience and if its worth it or not?

Ya seems like a red flag, based on Esmonde haven't been there before so I don't know if its worth visiting or not

About 90% sure this Esmonde Rd place, is the same crowd previosuly at Marua Rd..
Older, pure B&S or heavily doctored photos..

I tried them a few times ages ago but didn’t find anyone even half decent. You just never know though if they have someone
