Just to give punters an idea of the Asian B&S mess happening in Christchurch. I have 1 cel# that had the following outcomes with different names (with lots of txt back and forward over the weeks that I will leave out the details):
Dec 2nd: Kaka (addressed as Hornby on the profile) but was told she was at 23 Peveral Street (123 Motel)
Dec 7th: As a trick, I asked if she was Hebe (because I saw her weeks ago at 123 Motel) and got a reply as Yes. I asked if she was still staying at 123 Motel? Was told to go to 31 Papanui Road (De Largo Motel). She confirmed again that she was "Hebe".
Dec 17th: Kaka - yes a new name and I asked about her. Was told to go to 15 Riccarton Road (Middle Park Motel). Ask if she was friends with Hebe and was told yes.
If you venture into those addresses, try to walk away. If you want a release, be sure NOT to pay asking price!!

You mean there are 10 adverts for her?
I'm grateful for people pointing out B&S, and pointing out good and not-so-good service.
However, for the information to be useful, we really need names and links to the ads (since so many names are the same...). It's actually the girl/boss that is the problem not the motel. For example, a few months ago @sbq was telling us how good Jojo/Anna was (and I concur!) and how there was a B&S operation in the room next door.
And, as I've pointed out elsewhere, I've been with girls in motels who said that when they told prospective clients the address, they were rejected for being potential B&S (which they were not...).

Tanya from Wellington operated out of 31 for a few months at the end of Winter/early Spring specifically to distance herself from the Riccarton B&S scene. I saw her twice there. I haven't seen anyone else there since then but it's disappointing to learn about the spread of B&S. In my mind 31 Papanui was a more reputable place but clearly that may not be the case.

Clearly not. Where there motels there will be B&S from travelling agency girls and it's detrimental to legitimate independent girls to imply that the area or the motel is the problem.

They (B&S) happen because there are customers that keep showing up and paying for action.
In 1 week you might find a gem, then the next week, she's gone to another place.
As EzyRider said, the more we find out who and who is a B&S, the better.

Their faces are already AI altered or they simply can Photoshop cover their face. What we're seeing is profile pictures that don't look remotely like who they are in person. But that can be the case for ANY working lady that has their profile shown online. Likes ones taken 10 or 20 years ago.

Immigration don't need photos.
I've been present at an immigration sting.
They turn up on a fake booking with the police.
Fake booking keeps the door open for Immigration and the old bill.
They search the place and ask for passports or proof of residency.
Work Visa is no good.
If you don't meet requirements then they take you away. You are held pending deportation.
The shops video can alert them to immigration that's why immigration do a fake booking.
Immigration don't seem to be quite so active on stings recently compared to say 1 to 2 years ago.

Yes, it's been a while since I heard of immigration raids. In 2017 a girl I knew happened to be out when they raided a Hamilton Place. The regular I saw in northern Colombo street who went back to HK about three years ago had one or two immigration visits (she was a resident).

OK so I am based in Auckland so I obviously cannot comment on the Christchurch Asian punting scene and the motel at 31 Papanui in particular. But I can draw parallels with my Asian punting experiences up here. And they relate more to rogue houses as opposed to rogue motels.
Up here for those ladies working out of motels I have found that situation to generally be the exception. Now this is probably because not many girls TOUR up here, and it is more cost effective for the local Independent girls to have their own accomodation. I have seen several ladies over the years operating out of a motel on the main drag in Greenlane and never had an issue. They were all Independents.
Now where I have encountered issues are ladies working out of a house, where several ladies work and invariably they have a handler or a boss. It is not so much B&S that the lady does not exist but that the handler just offers up someone else other than the lady you have booked. I know this to be the case because I have seen my preferred selection and then on a subsequent visit someone else answers the door.
So these days if I find a prospective booking is working out of a house I have had this situation occur I either stipulate that if the lady I have booked is not the lady who is presented I will walk, but just as likely I simply elect to not bother. There would be a couple of houses up here where I have low confidence I won't be switched, maybe not all of the time, but definitely some of the time, and I cannot be bothered with that uncertainty.

Anecdotally the raids were pretty much on weekdays. The shops had figured that out.

In Christchurch there's really no difference where these Asian sex workers are working out of (either motel or at a residential home). This is all to do with the lack of independents that work for themselves. Majority speak little English so rely on a handler / boss to manage their bookings and affairs. They also move around from place to place as perhaps a way to minimise exposure to possible immigration raids. But house or motel, these escort workers are not concerned if they're stationed to a residential house or to a motel. If you want something more reliable, then the well established escort premises who do background checks and tick all the boxes to be compliant, is your best bet.
Really the Christchurch scene is sick with a low # of quality working girls. They tend to stay up in Auckland where there's a much wider market. The less desirable working girls that can't compete in Auckland end up in other parts of NZ like in Christchurch.
