Cant open this site without wifi

I'm unable to access this site unless I'm connected to wifi. Unfortunately most of the time I'm away from home I have no wifi access and as soon as I'm on mobile data it won't open. Does anyone have any ideas?

What mobile network do you use? I don't think mobile networks would/should block this site
