I mean, it’s ~legal,~, Decriminalised , regulated, and clearly has better marketing than half the trades on there. Where’s the dropdown for “Freelance Horizontal Engineering”? Or maybe “Intimate Client Services – BYO baby oil”?

I was under the impression section 3 of the PRA 2003 stating the Act does not approve or encourage prostitution is what stopped governments including it on the careers website or job listings at WINZ.
