Yup the girls face fines which are probably unenforceable in the Employment Court. Many would likely be classed as employees if represented by adequately competent counsel.

Are your girls on independent contractor agreements? How much control do you exercise over their employment? They may be employees with entitlements under the Employment Relations Act.

Your concern about their rights under the PRA is admirable, hopefully this extends to employment law generally.

I personally have no problem and completely respect the right of escorts requiring the use of a dam. I also agree that penetrative DATY is prohibited under the plain reading of s 9(1) of the PRA.

The question remains though - why should dam use not be included in the advertisement? It seems like a win for everyone if both the SW and the punter know what is agreed to in the booking. Escorting is vulnerable work and it can be made even more risky by leaving ambiguity about the available service.

Nzgs won't allow adverts to state ******* or no condom services.

Don't know about other sites.

Escorts can contact NZPC for advice, guidance and FREE CONDOMS, LUBE etc...

So there really is no excuse for an escort not to have protection and or access too it.

Unless of course someone didn't speak English, but they could certainly visit NZPC and use a translation app or similar.

Let me correct you:

In NZ, all escorts require condoms for FS penetrative sex. Most escorts require condoms for F2M oral sex. Some /a few escorts require a protective sheath for receptive oral sex but this is not standard.

Again, with the name calling etc. Here is the thing: with any high paying job that doesn't require any educational investment (think hi rise window cleaning, explosive work in mining, off shore oil rig work) risk is an inherent factor in the above market compensation. Sex work is no different. You don't like the risk profile of providing the expected GFE service - easy answer is either a) don't do it (go back to working at McDonald's etc) or b) do it but without providing the expected level of service (raw daty) but then don't expect to be paid parity with your colleagues who do provide that level of (expected) service. ..
