Is she being made to pay back the money she stole that led to her convictions? Could you still go to the police and get another conviction?
Possibly, maybe double jeopardy would come into play? But seeing as she owes the other guys she stole money from, which totals $12500 and she stole $3000 from me I think no ones going to see any money any time soon, especially if she's going to jail
