More of a curious post than anything. I have often wondered about the money side of punting. In the past I have tended towards private girls in the hope that all my hard earned cash goes directly to the girl rather than through a middleman like an agency. For two reasons, that benefits the provider and in turn gives me better value for money. i.e. in my head $200 direct to a WG means i am getting the same value as $300 though an agency.

But private girls can be very hit or miss, so I get that an agency gives some level of certainty and value. How much does an agency clip the ticket and what does it provide in return? I assume security, a safe place to work etc but at what cost?

you're looking at it from a false economy.

1. most of the independents are actually working for various "management" schemes. i would call this the rule, rather than the exception for non-kiwi asian WGs.
2. even if the girl is independent, she still has costs and expenses. room, advertising, toiletries. then other work/tasks, things like laundry, cleaning, administration. (they may do some of these themselves, but its still a time-sink, and time is money in this game).

Agencies/brothels can make some of these things more efficient. ie bulk advertising, cleaning, laundry, admin, toiletry supply, etc. sharing of the bedroom/sexroom so there is more sex per hour out of the room (higher efficiency of occupancy). Dealing with punters and their scheduling/texting/calling/bullshit etc. Also having a manager can mean more punting traffic is sent your way than trying to drum it up yourself.

a WG's time is better and more lucratively spent on her back then messing around on the phone, cleaning showers, running to the shop to stock up on condoms, yada yada.

This is why nearly all girls operate either under agencies, managers, or as part of a co-op/collective.

you'll see girls bounce around from place to place, both in the kiwi scene and the asian scenes. meaning there is some level of competition amongst the various managers/outfits to provide the girls better environments and or deals for the managers cut of the earnings.

At iEscape (Wellington) we take flat rate. For example: 1hr booking, depending on what type of booking, our lady can make between $150 - $550 after the house cut (Autumn's very naughty package is $650)

Generally speaking, most of our ladies can only put aside short hours for work, they have no time to do the admin side but they enjoy sex work. When our ladies work between 4pm - 7pm, they actually work for 3 hours that day. If they only seeing two clients, it would be 1hr rest in between the two bookings.

The admin side we do for them would be:
- Taking bookings (usually around 98hrs/week) even if they only work for a few hours.
- We manage and paid for their advertising - our website included, for our brand new ladies while they only seeing our good regular clients.
- We provide them with a nice, clean, comfortable and safe discreet place.
- We create jobs for our staff such as cleaners, receptionist, manager, and driver.
- + We also do and paid for other things by the way x

We can only imagine to do both side of the job. The sexy part in the room and to do the admin side. We admire independent SW for their strength, their dedication, their resilient, and all the time they put into their work among many other things.

For a woman who wishes to leverage the amazing opportunities for financial advancement, which the industry present, private is the way to go. Obviously you need the requisite physical attributes, and personal charm and charisma, are wonderful adjuncts. Be succinct, warm and professional with all your communication, and limit these to texts.

Then it a matter of staking out you ground as a quality provider by investing in a professional portfolio, and updating it regularly, plus seeking out quality premises. Decide your availability based on what works for you - if you’re good enough, clients and prospective clients, will always find a way to see you.

Remember that there are a myriad of work related expenses which can be offset against your tax liability, so employ an accountant, and (obviously) pay tax.

Sure, it will be hard work, and harder initially while you establish your client base - but that’s the price of success.

Then there is the wonderfully vague instrument known as the SOOB, whereby you can control your work environment, via rental agreement or property ownership - again accruing tax deductibility - and hire out your rooms to fellow providers.

If you have what it takes, it’s a wonderful, path to riches - and, available only to women.

I really like how open you are about how things work behind the scenes.
Maybe its just me but when agencies engage in conversations with punters on the forum like this, it gives me confidence towards whatever u are trying to sell and to try out your shop and makes me feel like there’s less chance of bait-and-switch if i were to visit your establishment . I will definitely drop by when i am visiting Wellington.

Had some good experiences at iEscape middle of the road pricing for Wellington . Only downside is find the rooms are too small , not that you can do anything about it.

Thank you for the explanation on your cost structure

Hello Leonwong, good regular clients at iEscape is voted by iEscape's ladies. We don't determined who are the good clients, they do.
1NS still operating and we are two separate agencies. One or two visits at iEscape doesn't make you a regular and our ladies that you do see have to vote you as a good client before you see our newer ladies. When our new ladies decide to take all general booking, that is when we accept all bookings. I hope that make sense

Lol... x

Here at iE, every time our lady come out from a booking, we will ask how her booking goes (religiously).
The feed back will be either: "he was ok/nice, but ...". or "he was nice (period)," or "he was nice + (respectful, kind, checking in with me if I was ok/ great with consent, smell nice, funny, etc.)" or "Oooh... he was so nice, he is now one of my favorite!." But sometime, luckily not often ... (usually new client or the client that is ok but ... ) we get "I will not see him again "(we will then chat about the reason/s why she doesn't want to see him again) and we will mark him accordingly.

The clients that fall in to "he was nice + (respectful, kind, and bla ..bla..bla..) or "Oooh... he was so nice, he is now one of my favorite!." usually, if two or three different ladies said the same things, we will think that they are genuinely a good client and we will mark him as such. It may take longer for the clients that fall into "he was nice (period)".

We are aware that we do things differently. We treat people accordingly and we are doing our best to look after everyone in a way we know how to (both our clients and our ladies). Reading the "pattern" has been working really well for us. I hope that help MrOhearn.
