She used to advertise as post opp in the trans section, now she seems to go as a women in the women's section. I think she has someone that does the advertising and communication for her.
We live in a world where if someone says that they are a women, then that is how it shall be...
The point being made is that it should be clearly advertised if the sex worker is women or trans. For some guys this mix up could have life changing effects, they might now feel like they have been tricked into becoming a cock loving homosexual, as mentioned by @jperry
