I'm one who likes to add an extra or two onto my visits to escorts. It's pretty obvious that many of these extras are not being charged because of the extra work or unpleasantness for the girl. Many extras are added because they know they can charge for them because we guys want them and get a kick out of them.
Like
Shower together
Rimming on them.
Dress ups.

Things like that don't really require any additional effort for the girl and it doesn't mean your session goes any longer. So in some ways it feels like we're being taken advantage of. But ok, it's a business and there are demands for these services so they charge for them.

But yeah, sometimes I think it's too much. Especially some of the prices I've seen on some extras lately. 100 bucks for rimming on them? Seriously? Especially when there are girls that allow that in their base price. What exactly is the problem? They're not the ones having to do it! It can only be that they figure they can put a high price on that because guys will pay for it. Or maybe they don't want guys doing it on them so they put on that ridiculously high price.

Markets change . Once everything was an extra including sex . Then it became all inclusive but at a higher rate , nowdays its abit of both. Don't have a problem with charging extra for extras as long as clearly laid out , then make the decision whether its worth making the booking. Quite like the all inclusive pricing systems that are split into 3 levels SM , GFE & PSE. Strangely would rather pay 600 for an inclusive GFE than 250 with 5 extras in the range $50 to 100 each .

Agree with the view if extra is way high they really aren't keen on it . The best example is when see Greek advertised at 1000 bucks extra. Shows provider not interested but if you pay 1000 will suffer the experience, which is fine .
 
I think it's the way it is now. Flat rates with extras listed. But some will include these services in GFE and others won't. It's a mixed bag and a little frustrating at times.

A few years back I never used to pay for extras and VIP but I kept getting too many disappointing punts which were making me wonder if it was worth spending any money at all on escorts. I almost packed in punting! Then I thought, I'd start paying a bit extra and go for the more premium deals. I think in general it's worked out better and I've got more "bang for my buck" pun intended.

But yeah, there are still times where there is some concern that I've spent more than what I should have.
