So I have seen four ladies at the DH-run Sensual Relax, and three out of four left me happy. Hazel, who is hot and sensual and kind, is my favourite.
170 for the early bird deal. I am happy to spend at least fifty bucks for a (enhancing) extra.
One of the things I like about SR is they text you the ladies extras, and what she charges for them. The entrance is kinda indiscreet. No worries for a weekday booking; not ideal on a busy weekend night. Good there is competition in the SM space, both for the punters and the girls.

Went there the other day
Only thing I haven’t appreciated it is that images are very heavily altered.

Good to have some competitors for debonairs.
Have increased their price with no change in their service or facilities.
Either way, not keen to pay for upgrading facilities. It’s the service I’m after
 
Shout to Zoe Sensual Relax. This Thai girl's really good attitude started with the fact
that she came in specially just to service me for the hour. She's talented at therapeutic massage also.

The price increase is actually going to the girls, and the service. Not the facilities. Here is a copy of a reply from me on AF that I hope helps you understand further (please note the mention of upgrading the premises is not coming from the price increase):

Debonairs is actually still currently the lead in service, which is part of the reason for a price increase. Not to mention the only increases Debs has done in its 10 years is a couple of $10 increases a long time ago. I don’t know the prices of every establishment in auckland, but yes we are still cheaper than PT/TBB as you pointed out.
Please note, the increase in price is going to the girls

Not the house. The house has been working hard for a long time to make this possible for the girls.

It’s also not really ‘for the same’…. We are constantly doing improvements, be it in training the girls on better services, photography, upgrading the premises, upgrading our online presence, and much more.

As Ned Kelly pointed out, it’s also a necessary economic reaction. Sadly we can’t control the cost of products, and as someone who has frequented Debs, I imagine you know all the things we buy. Massage tables, lighting, mirrors, massage oil, condoms, tissues, cleaning supplies, gloves, lubricant, mints, shower gel, nuru gel, bottles for oil, towels, bed sheets, not to mention bills for washing, rent, power etc. As I said, the house has been working HARD to make this possible.

Make sure to keep an eye on the monthly promotions!

And for AC Ross - The new owners are WELL versed in the debonairs culture and that’s what has made the transition for us within the business so seamless, not much changed within that realm

Other than the first part.. better services (which I have yet to see), the remainder of those sentences do not have any impact on my experience in the room
Its great the girls are getting more money... but are the punters getting more for it?

sound like that's a business issue.. and if the money isnt even going to the house so moot point

Not a moot point, if you’ll notice I said it’s something the business has been working on for a long time, to make this increase possible.

But to your other point, this increase benefits punters with enhanced service quality. Having the masseuses receive better compensation results in more motivation and dedication from them, with a flow on effect of more training opportunities to always upskill their services which directly impacts punters. This then translates into more skilled and more attentive masseuses, and more personalised bookings for the punters.
Consider this: During this economic landscape, when your groceries go up in price (which they have), do you complain about your supermarket online?
The same economic factors apply to this industry too, unfortunately, and we aren’t the only establishment who have had to increase our prices.

Of course we get that price increases are concerning, it’s happening to all of us in many different areas of life, (remember when it was so cheap to fly to Aus. dang) but it’s a necessary reaction from the business, to ensure we can retain our most talented professionals that you all love, who can focus more on your specific desires and preferences in a booking, and ultimately deliver a superior relaxation and satisfaction.

We of course understand and respect if these changes affect your budgeting decisions with us.
