Has anyone got any intel or experience with the Asian place in Grove St St Kilda Dunedin?

Is it legitimate or a bait and switch place?

I am looking to see a girl there?

CharlesP would be a better source of info. in interim, can be used by some independent travellers operating out of there, generally can b more aged than envisaged, if 50 /50 on interest maybe wouldn't be bothered myself. think some of their recent photos maybe more genuine, not a favoured venue for me, can't be certain of shower facility being available.
