I thought I would make a list of things to help the new masseues improve their service and maybe give some tips for the veteran masseuses as well. This is not directed at any masseuse in particular, it is just some tips, feedback, and knowledge from all my experience receiving numerous sensual massages.

  1. Be friendly, smile, and make eye contact. Making eye contact adds intimacy and enhances the experience. I paid to be massaged by a person, not a robot. If you are incapable of making eye contact perhaps you need to take some acting lessons, improve your confidence, or rethink your career choices. All the best massages I have had involve a lot of eye contact and intimacy.

  2. Don't be rude and disrespectful. I shouldn't really have to list this, but I do need to.

  3. Be in the massage room before the client gets out of the shower, or at least don't leave the client in the room for an extended period. Some of the less professional masseuses will leave you unattended in the room for 5+ minutes after you get back (even much longer sometimes). All the best masseuses I have had the pleasure of seeing make a point to beat you back into the room before you get out of the shower. Debs girls, we can hear you chatting away and giggling when we leave the shower to go back to the room lol. Also some agencies like PT and TBB are a bit notorious about leaving you for ages unattended to shower.

  4. Treat all your clients similarly and give them the best service you can. Some girls, the best masseuses, really pride themselves on giving ALL their clients the best experiences they can. If a client books a 30min appointment with no extras and still has a really good experience he may come back and book a one hour appointment with lots of extras, he may even become a regular, you never know. But you will definitely never know if you give a mediocre sub-par service. A lot of punters pay for a shorter booking just to check girls out and see if they like and connect with a particular girl before making them a regular.

  5. Small talk is okay at the beginning to break the ice and build rapport, but when the massage begins try to restrict the conversation to subjects that are actually going to enhance the mood - you're giving a sensual massage, not a haircut. I don't really want to hear about your sister's wedding dilemmas or your friend's dog potty training dramas - it's not turning me on, it's turning me off.

  6. Remember its a sensual massage so incorporate a bit of intimate touching and teasing when giving the face down massage. Like gently stroking the inner thighs or balls. Strangely a lot of the sensual massages I have had don't do this with the exception of some body slides sometimes.

  7. If you are going to do body slides... please make sure you are smooth down there and have been waxed or freshly shaved. Steelo pad... need I say more?

  8. Show us the goods. It's kind of surprising how many sensual massages I've had and I never even got to see the masseuse's pussy lol. I'm not sure if some girls just save that part of the routine for longer appointments (I usually book 45mins due to being busy) or whether they just don't do it at all. It's definitely a nice and welcome addition to a sensual massage routine.

  9. Have consistency in what is included in your massage packages. This one is directed at agencies, well Crystal & Friends in particular. Their massage included light touching of the masseuse (but not their breasts), then according to management posting on here it included light touching of the breasts, then it was revealed the girls were still making punters pay extra to touch their breasts... and well I can't keep up with it all and what is included and what is not which is why I haven't been back in like 2 years now. Even now looking at their website there is no mention of any kind of touching and whether it is included or not. This is why I go to your competitors instead.

  10. Don't milk the extras (too much). Try not to be too aggressive in pushing your extras onto customers. I guess this is more directed at some of the independent Asian masseuses, its extra for nude, extra for touching, extra for everything and at the end of it all its the same price or more as full service.

  11. Be reasonable in your extra pricing. I'm not paying $200+ to cum on your tits, I'd rather save it for another massage with a different masseuse. But if you price your extras right then I will pay for them, instead of you missing out on any extra money.

  12. Don't push us out the door and give us the time we paid for. Its fine if you dedicate some time to showering etc as is quite common, but some of the worst masseuses will have you out the door 30 minutes into an hour booking. I haven't experienced this at agencies, this is more an independent thing and is the same with full service girls lol.

I reckon the girls energy is a big thing. I've rocked up to bookings u can just tell they don't wanna be there and are not into it. That energy is absorbed by us and in return we just wanna get out. Just don't wanna be feeling like that. Probably goes for guys too. We can be a bit nervous with our emotions all over the place a positive energy by both I think is ideal. We may need help to get to that positive state. I happy vibrant energy by the girl. I see regulars instead of putting because I know what type of energy I'll be receiving. And they know too

I work at a club, and I agree with many of the things you mentioned. There are girls who genuinely care about providing a great experience and want clients to come back happy and relaxed. We work hard, and we listen feedback like this is actually appreciated when it’s shared with respect.
Unfortunately, sometimes a few bad experiences can affect the whole image of a club or a team, and that’s frustrating for those of us who do our best every day. But I believe in always trying to improve, and I know many other girls feel the same.

So yeah, just wanted to say thanks again for the tips and for reminding everyone that good service does stand out 🥰
 
Yeah, this is gold JP. Thanks for this. This post is exactly what I love about this forum. It’s practical, from experience and delivered with respect for both participants in this awesome dance. And it’s great to hear from some girls on here in response.

We seem to have got a little bit diverted in recent weeks from what has made this place so valuable (nay, special). All the AF vs SF stuff and the race to the bottom in terms of crassness. We don’t need that. More power to you JP.

I’ve been around the traps for longer than I care to remember and I can’t really add much to your wise words of advice.

It’s a bloody tough gig providing these services and hats off to those that can do it. Us blokes can be complicated at times but we are also pretty simple and easy to please if you do it right.

Girls, always remember that the next 30 minute basic service customer you meet may be your next week in week out full options regular.
 
#3 is so annoying. The one time I went to Debonairs they left me waiting inside the room for way too long. I don't mind a short wait to build up the anticipation but it should be no more than 1-2 mins max
