I suspect the answer to this lies within a range of variables. Like is the punter like Quasimodo or Brad Pitt. Is he clean. How big his sword is - like I mean Lotsa how would you like someone shoving a 8.5 inch dong up ya spout. Is the punter being respectful and nice or is he pumping her roughly and degrading her. Maybe pushing the limits of the arrangement.The SWs experience, mental toughness and resilience will be a factor.
