Which is a flippant way of me saying that a WG charges what she charges, the reason isn't really important.

FIngering is probably the extra that divides us the most.

A good amount of clients will try to surprise shove two fingers up there without any lubrication (if you don't know what's wrong with that, just imagine if it happened to another one of your holes). As Dee said, there is also the problem of fingernails and bacteria under said fingernails - the risk of injury can be much higher than other activities. It's a lot to deal with if it's not something you enjoy that much anyway, hence the high price tag.
