When you’re new to this, asking questions is fine, not dumb. Someone’s help could save you some embarrassment or similar so don’t be afraid to ask.
When you see Laya, she is a lovely lady, she will take you to the room and leave you to undress. Just take everything off and lay down with blanket/towel over you. When she comes in just be nice, say hi, introduce yourself. She will ask you later in the massage if you’d like extra. Lay back enjoy the massage. Be polite and she will take good care of you.

I agree with teddy, if a lady lists a price I would advise against trying to "negotiate down". They have set prices and they may offer based on their comfort and impression of you as a punter.

Its a bad look if you try and haggle and could potentially ruin the experience.

The key thing to remember about both Paris and Lyla is that you're getting an incredibly good Thai massage at the same time.

Some of you may not actually be interested in the massage aspect but a gym guy who also does a fair bit of running that is my key reason for visiting. The extras are just a bonus!
