This notice serves as a formal warning that a legal investigate is currently underway... And by that I mean I fully intend to spend 10 minutes googling the NZ law for the purpose of this post.
All sex worker advert profiles found to be in breach of false advertising have been documented and included in an active legal case.
Legal proceedings are progressing and justice will be pursed to the fullest extent that 10 minutes worth of googling allows.

Under New Zealand law, punters, including those who are married or in relationship, are protected under the:
Breaching the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Section 9: This act prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct in trade.
Section 10: Prohibits false or misleading representations about goods or services.
Section 11: Bans bait advertising — i.e., advertising goods at a low price without intending to supply them.
Section 13: Bans false claims about: Price, Origin, Quality, Benefits, and Availability
An example of this is running an add that depicts a lady with an anus tastiness rating of 10/10 but in reality is a 3/10. Or advertising an anus rimming service when it is actually unavailable.
Breaching the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Section 6: States that you must guarantee as to provide an anus of acceptable quality. The anus must be fit for purpose, safe, durable, free from defects, and ACCEPTABLE IN APPEARANCE.
Section 28: States you must guarantee that services are done with reasonable care and skill and must be carried out competently.
Section 29: States you must guarantee that services must achieve what was advertised or promised.
