I figured I'd share my two cents on the following places, some of which others have asked about in various forums.

Thai place in lower Parnell near Britomart: Great atmosphere, nice women but some are well past middle-age. Not all will give you a HE but generally when they say 'have you been here before?' and don't tell you to keep your pants on, a HE may well be on the cards. Fair prices, very relaxing. If uncertain about HE and you ask politely - those who don't offer it are not offended, but I was not offered on my first visit, so they may be more comfortable with regulars than newbies.

Gore St near the liquor store: Feels dingy, claustrophobic with weird service and pretty much everything fun costs extra. The girls are pleasant I guess. HE for sure but no idea if they offer FS.

Place behind Scene apartments near Woolworths: Seems to have had a few changes of ownership or management. Pleasant enough environment and reasonably priced. And yes every time I've been there a HE has been offered. But bear in mind there seems to be another parlour closer to Woolies which I have not attended and may well be completely therapeutic/non-sexual.

Leelawadee: In my experience this place has your typical Thai non-sexual legit massage service.. Most are older women, but once there was a disturbingly young one working there. OK atmosphere/decor, pretty stock-standard pricing. I did see one punter here say he got a decent ass rub here, lol. I have not asked for or been offered HE here.

Viaduct: A few places and I've only been to Soong, not Siri which is nearby and looks upmarket and more like a spa than a parlour. The one I attended had average prices, and paper thin walls so I could hear the old client in the booth next to me talking nonstop. No HE. Masseuse was an fairly old lady.

Anzac Ave: Super weird. Very strange decor and a generally strange vibe - YMMV. They have fairly cheap prices and do advertise HE or offer it via text but I did not oblige.

Aroma, Durham: Actually the best non-HE massage I've had. It's usually quite busy with a wide variety of customers and is more a spa-type health place, not at all sleazy. Would feel weird to ask for or be offered a HE here. On the rare occasions I legitimately want some physio-like treatment rather than a wristie I'd pick this place. Bear in mind I haven't been to many suburban joints.

Newmarket station: Rub and tug joint, the woman I saw asked for a few extra charges, staff were nice enough but if you want a discreet and relaxing spot you may wish to try elsewhere.

Takapuna central: Went for an impulsive massage, ended up having a good fuck!.It was well-priced and with a woman probably about 40 but she was fun. More a brothel than a parlour.

Dockside lady: She advertises on Escortify quite a lot. Maybe mid 40s or older, hard to tell. Nice enough person, good massage, always with HE, but the place is fairly dingy. Sometimes another lady works there. They all seem to talk a lot. OK. Not amazing but certainly not terrible.

Victoria St by The Civic: I forget its name but absolutely positively non-arousing. Busy, when I was there I could hear multiple other customers conversing.

Beach Rd near Mint Laundry: Therapeutic joint, an old guy was managing it and when I went there, there was minimal privacy. Have not been back but doubt this is a rub 'n tug.

Queens Arcade: Seems more like an acupuncture/therapeutic place. Highly doubt HE is offered.

Ramona Venus: Saw her 3 or 4 years ago. Divine. More an escort than a masseuse. Beautiful sexy brunette who glided her breasts over me so well and gave a CBJ for extra. Alas, she must've returned overseas.

Great information! Can you provide some more information on the takapuna location

Can you provide more information on the places near the scene apartments? Thanks

Hah seeing a few places that I frequent or have been to for a legit massage on this list, I do agree with your comments on Soong. Personally I hated that place and how cramped it felt so I only ever went there once.
My go to places for massage now tend to either be the Thai massage place on Swanson st or Aroma massage on Durham at. If not in the CBD then Amazes Thai massage on Dominion rd.

There are 2 there. I've had a good HE at the one close to the street some time ago. Nice girl, said she also worked somewhere in Royal Oak. Probably will have moved on by now.
You can sometimes get FS from old ladys in shop inside square.
