Been to DH many times and have never been lucky enough to be offered NBJ, same at LF but never asked. Always thought it was mostly on offer as an extra for touring girls and asian escorts

Pretty much. Also sometimes a girl will only do such things with a select few, so telling everyone will just fuck her off if Randos come in asking about it.

I made that mistake once and told a few guys turns out it was only me she had done it for and it was now off the table.

Lesson learnt.
 
To be honest the biggest risk as far as I am concerned is whether they have oral herpes/cold sores. I won't put my dick anywhere near their mouth if they do, I walk away from the booking as well. That can be transmitted by kissing as well by the way.

I doubt I'd be seing a sex working if my dick had a cut or something. Otherwise its quite low risk.
