I've just made a booking a month in advance, for a girl in a town I wouldn't go to otherwise, and I'll only be there for one night.
She's been on my wishlist since I started punting 10 years ago so a month of anticipation is nothing to endure

Nice one man, not doubting the anticipation part, just seem a lot could change in a months' time to book that early. I think a week in advance is the furthest I will go.
