For anyone travelling to Osaka and wanting a bit of sex, there are a few good red light districts (Shinchi) there: Tobita, Matsushima, Imazato. All of them have rows of shops with girls on display, not too different to Amsterdam from what I'm told. A lot of places won't take foreigners, but many do. I've had the best luck in Matsushima. My Japanese is a bit shit but I know enough to get service, and some girls take it as an opportunity to practice English so you can probably get service with zero Japanese at the right store. You're looking at around $200 for half an hour, so it is expensive, but not that bad. There's a couple of other areas in Osaka (Takii, Shindoyama) but I've never been so can't give any advice.

I haven't seen any soaplands around those areas. The main area for soaplands is Fukuhara in the neighbouring city of Kobe, but I've never been to one so can't give any advice.

I can recommend the Asian Mystique agency if you prefer to have someone come to you. I can't vouch for their two Osaka girls but I had a great time with Erika in Tokyo.

Soapies are usually a waste of time for foreigners as you’ll get rejected, so waste of time walking up to them. Need to google some that are foreign friendly or hit up some Japan review forums to get advice.

Yes I’ve been to Tobita in Osaka, I genuinely stumbled upon it and couldn’t believe my luck! All the massamans with their girls, funny as. I probably found 50% of the places would stop waving you to come in when they saw you were a foreigner, so not too bad, I found a couple of fake as Japanese ladies with big tits. Funnily enough to legitimise it, it’s actually a “restaurant” and the girl brings you a plate of snacks first lmao! It’s a shame Tokyo doesn’t have an area like it, although I appreciate plenty of places if you look in the right spots.
