They just never feel the same. They never move and jiggle the same. You just can't beat the look and feel of n@tural.

There are better quality fake tits which feel softer and almost like n@tural but then there are of course the cheap old fashion silicon ones which are hard as concrete. I have also seen plenty of bad "hack job" boob surgeries where the boobs are misaligned like a pair off googly eyes with big visible scars underneath. Sometimes they have unnatural looking areolas when the surgeon has put the implants through there rather than underneath. Also some girls will have a weird shaped implant so their boobs will look weird and obviously fake when their body is postured at certain angles... I remember a girl at Vixen's I booked like that. Her tits were almost square looking when on her back.

I can understand why a woman who has had kids would want to get a boob job when their tits have deflated and are saggy. But there is nothing more disappointing when a lady who already has nice tits decides to go under the knife and go one or two sizes up. Some older working girls seem to do that because they think it will make them more attractive and bring them more business... it doesn't really.

Could not of put it better

Equally applies to cosmetic surgery , puffed lips , bottoms, wrinkle removal with bee venom and skin colour change procedures eg M Jackson . Prefer no or minimal makeup to heaps . Just a personal view that is more than skin deep , others will have different ones.

Cosmetic surgery has an important place for those who have had a serious accident or disfigurement that the individual is extremely selfaware of.

Naturally how you want to present your body is your affair and as long as you are happy with who you are am also happy for you

Hard to say, if they are naturally very good, even with sag they can be nice. On the other side, fake boobs can be either well or badly done. They also need maintenance as the girl's body changes over time.

I don't think he is saying anything derogatory. He is answering your specific question about what we like.

What we like and what the girl should do are two different things. The latter is an unanswerable question for us, as what she should do depends on her own life and what she values and doesn't value.
