Can you give a link to an example? I've never had a situation where I had to pay a room charge in NZ. It was always at a motel, house, or some CBD building and the charge was inclusive.
On the other hand, if a girl is advertising "outcall only" you'd need to organise a room.

OK, I have not been there, but I would guess that that is addressed to independent workers who need a short term place, or punters needing a place to take an outcall. I suggest calling or messaging them to clarify.

you should be able to ask her for the all inclusive price covering your expectations (e.g. FS, BJ etc)? then if she wants you to pay for the room it should be included in the all inclusive price right?

if your referring to VR , the $100 room rent would be if you took another lady there that wasn't on their books.

As others have stated, the room rate is always incorporated in the WG fee if you are seeing her at her work location.
If this is offsite at a neutral venue organized by the punter any accommodation costs are borne and paid for by the punter (e.g. hotel/motel room costs), plus her travel fee is usually built into her 'Outcall' rate.
If she has arranged the room at a neutral venue she will incorporate those costs into her fee as a single cost (e.g. $500 for 1 hour).
