If you’re booking one of vixen’s girls included in the cost. If you hire the room it’s that cost only. I presume most places would include towels etc. Some motels will do half day as well. Not so rushed then. Brothels and agencies should throw in the lube and other sun dries.

If it was me I'd probably just book a cheap (but still nice) motel or hotel. You can get something semi decent for around $100 a night if you shop around. As Hornybutbroke says some motels do half day rates. I remember back in the day I booked Albany Executive Motor Inn for half a day for reasonably cheap lol.
