As someone whose preference is Asian ladies I can't say I have come across any ladies that provide SPH service. The contrary in fact, the standard refrain is 'big cock'. LOL.

All jokes aside maybe you go onto a site like NZG, filter on fetishes and then make contact with the lady and outline what you are looking for and confirm she provides this service? I imagine a lot of the humiliation will be verbalized, in which case ideally at a minimum she is a competent English speaker.
