Anyone booked her?
I had a 1 hour session and found her to be completely rude and unfriendly, I should have cancelled when I was arranging the booking, I was asking genuine questions about protocol which I found her to be diminishing Al the time. When I arrived which was about 10 minutes early I texted her asking if it was possible I could arrive earlier than arranged as her schedule might have been ahead of time but if not possible no worries, I was met with an incredibly unfriendly response. If she can't be polite and patient with her customers then she's in the wrong job. She might having been having a bad day so would be interested to hear other peoples experiences
