Ok yes, but what do you think a honeypot is? It's a way of luring someone to a fake thing so law enforcement can arrest them. Why would this happen in NZ where prostitution is legal? Unless you just mean it as a fake place to be lured to, which isn't quite the same thing.

The owner or head tenant of the cuba st property is women, leases out the rooms per day, not associated with the motel owner. Just happens the agents uses both locations
