What the hell has happened to the Asian WG (FS option) choices in Wellington? Just had a Quick Look and note there are fewer than 6 to choose from. Now depending on your personal preferences that’s very slim pickings. Where have they all gone, and why is Wgtn so depleted ? SM options look ok but that’s a different category. Are internal operating costs so high in Wgtn that it’s simply too expensive for the WG to make a decent margin? I’ve heard about 30% rate increases year in Wgtn, so that must trickle into renting costs too. Is it time to holiday elsewhere?? I see some usual Wgtn based WG’s are on tour in Auckland and Christchurch. What has happened to this city?

Not sure this is an issue isolated to Wellington, well certainly in regards to touring. There are a lot of WG's based in Auckland that regularly tour because they find the Auckland market dead. Many tour around the North Island provincial towns, and some travel to the main centres. I think their strategy is they are a new face in that town so maybe clients want to see them for the variety. If they regularly do the same circuit the chances are they have picked up some regulars in each town which then becomes their bread and butter.
 
There's been lots of changes in the Wellington market particularly post covid but its probably still a bit subjective to what part or sector of the market you use. I don't do fuck all in Wellington now I mostly do trips to Auck every few months to tap into their much larger and better market. I used to do mostly agencies up until 20 years ago and the agencies I used were typically owner operated and I'd develop really good rapport with the operators and girls but I think those days are long gone. Early 2000's all the legit HJ chinese massage shops started to pop up everywhere and I used them regularly up until covid and used to get good results gaining the extras in the legit(ish) shops getting FS, rimming and all sorts of cool encounters, I always enjoyed the challenge gaining trust and getting much more from them. I've done street hookers and locanto for thrill and variety over the years but now there's fuck all that really interests me in Wellington and the cost factor now is has increased significantly and also detracts from playing around experimenting too much. The more recent menu structure of paying $50-$100 to touch their tits and $50-$100 for whatever else on top of a full service price also detracts interest in a lot of workers, in the old days if you got on well with a lady GFE and everything you liked was all included in the booking price
 
Wellington in general lost its cool quirky vibe over and following COVID. From my time down there recently it’s vibe is on the up seems to be people out spending again.

Seen a few familiar independent Swer faces popping up again. The quirky Wellington indies are still my favourite. Also hotel prices are generally good comparatively so outcalls always an option. Wellington SWers are just different and I love it.
 
Wgtn has always had a bit of a strange spread with top end high priced places like Fun House and Bedroom and bottom end asians but not a lot in the middle.

Losing PC contributed lots to the decline of mid-point pricing agencies. It's really just IE and 1NS carrying that mid-point price range. The Aparment is increasing their roster of agency girls on their roster and supplement it with touring girls from Auckland. With that in mind, their agency pricing is on the higher side of "mid-point".

In terms of independents there's still some but definitely not as many as before.
 
I only started punting this year, so I have no idea what the pre-covid days were like, that said...

Well... Pre-covid, I see Asian tour group all the time near wellington train station, like all the freaking time

Nowadays, I see far more homeless than I do Asian tourists group, in fact, when I spot asian tour groups nowadays, I'd double take just to make sure my eyes are not fooling me.

I think this city is simply far less attractive nowadays compared to before.

I did notice tourist group is kinda rising this past year, so maybe...?

i think wellington is going through a bad patch. a lot of people lost their jobs, the council did everything in it's power to kill the vibe of the city and house prices are down 30% but more like 40% if you adjust for inflation. christchurch is also poorly serviced for WG at the moment although some decent agencies in the mid price at least. hopefully wellington's time comes again soon as there used to be some great girls there.
 
The malaise spreads over the whole Greater Wellington Region. We used to get lots of touring Asians in the Wairarapa; last few years, one maybe two - total!
 
IE's website usually announces itself as booked out before lunchtime. Defo an opening for a smart operator.
 
The OP asks the specific question 'What the hell has happened to the Asian WG Full Service options in Wellington'. I think some reply posts seem to be off topic 😂

@FullyShaved is only half right. The other half of the reason is that most Asian WGs (Chinese) living in Auckland think that except for Auckland all other NZ towns and cities are rural. There are very few Chinese punters outside of Auckland, and there are less suitable choices for their hometown tastes such as restaurants, and nightlife. In China they are used to plenty of options where they can go to restaurants and bars at 2-3 am, and most Chinese people are used to this lifestyle, especially the Asian WG's newly arrived in NZ. Also there are less options to handle personal business without English such as banks and specialist Asian shops (food). They only identified Auckland. I think this is one of the reasons why Asian women don't come to Wellington, and even if they come to work, they won't stay too long and then they leave.


They still think it's comfortable to stay in Auckland because there are many Chinese punters and it's easier to communicate. I think these are probably the reasons for the shortage of Wellington's Asian market. As for the rent and cost of living, I think it's about the same all over the country but I haven't studied it carefully.


Oh, by the way, I almost forgot, there is another very strange reason I heard from friends that many WGs don't come to Wellington because white Cocks are very big and they don't want to be fucked by a big cock🤣. The fact that there are heaps of Chinese WGs that choose to stay in Auckland and don't like big white cocks tends to indicate Auckland white men's cocks are smaller than their Wellington counterparts?🤣🤣🤣
