Just wondering what topics do everyone talk about In the room with the girl you are seeing and appreciate any advice for a good short conversation.
Well in my case, as I'm neither a native speaker nor a good conversationalist, wait to see how is the other parties attitude, usually if they hit me with "where are you from", I'll get back with "want to guess?" And start a mini guessing game. But thats applicable only if your accent or looks doesn't give your nationality away soon or you'll be done in round one🤣.
So I'd like to see if anyone can share some tips to help increase the quality of the conversations held in long bookings.

Some providers have enviable skills when it comes to this stuff. I don't need to work to keep the conversation perfect, because she does. I don't think you can find a formula for a great conversation, but maybe try asking open-ended questions (not personal questions) and listen to the answers and see where that leads you.
 
Most of my conversation is between the recovery phase... I just ask them to tell me a little about themselves. Then get talking from there. Anything they are comfortable about sharing really.
 
A WG I saw recently was a great conversationalist, the first time I saw her we spoke for way too long lol before getting down to business, I had to remind myself I wasnt there to chat.

Then I saw her again within a week. Again the conversation was great, but she interrupted part way through the conversation and initiated the business, reminding me that I wasnt there to chat, which means a lot to me, and that she was not there to rip me off lol.
 
I always ask how their day is going. The amount they reply gives you an indication if they are a chatty type or not. What are they streaming, what’s the plans for after work etc. Today’s booking we talked about totally inappropriate comedy shows.
For a non native speaker your written grammar is quite impressive compared to what’s coming out of schools these days
 
I've been stuck in a situation once.

I found an awesome chinese girl who i really gelled with. went to see her a few times. she said she liked me more than all the other punters. i kinda believed it, because she let me have my way with her fully, taking whatever extras i wanted, no extra charge. (she was supposed to be an SM girl but gave it all up to me, and more).

anyway her english was quite weak. she was going to english school, and she was quite determined to not relapse onto the translation app when things got tough. which i respected.

on my last visit with her, booked her for an hour, and busted my nut at about the 30 minute mark.
She then proceeded to talk at me/ kind of talk to me for the last 30 mins, but her english was so weak, it was absolute torture.

i texted her a couple times asking if she wanted to meet outside of her work. as i would put up with the torture for free pussy. but she kept coming up with excuses on why she couldnt meet, had no time, and asking me to come see her at work.

never went back after that.

i'll let you use me for free english lessons, for free pussy, but i wont pay 150/hour to give you an english lesson, sweetie.

It's funny cause I also got in similar situation recently, the difference was that this sm middle-aged lady does not know any English at all and also doesn't offer full service but is persistent on keep messaging me and giving me vip quality service and all and she probably is after a better partner to dump her current one 🤣

Once was going into see a past regular at a place where you usually don't see the mamasan, but she happened to bump into us both once before the booking. I went into the room first, and when the WG joined me she said the mamasan and the other women she was with were all "omg he's so good looking!"

Another time at the old BT where they show you the room before the WG walks in, so as to not waste time I jumped in the shower (in the corner of the room). WG walked in while I was still in the shower and says "You're hot, what are you doing here". Seemed off the cuff and therefore reasonably genuine.

But these compliments are relatively rare...which is why I remember them I guess.
