Basically go anywhere that you are going to look at escort profiles/ads and look at the listed extras for the key words Golden Shower or Watersports ... at least for kiwi escorts/agencies.
As always, fully read an escort's ad, instead of just looking at the pretty pictures and hitting the go button, as the information you seek is very often contained there in.
No idea about what you'd look for on Asian profiles because I don't see Asians and therefore don't read their ads, but I'm sure some will offer it, an they'll have some keyword for it.
I suspect that if this is a service that you wish to engage in, it will require you to book further in advance than just a couple of hours as the escort will need extra hydration beforehand as well as other prep work.
