Unpopular opinion maybe but I for one am not too fussed that she (may or may not have) tanked it. It works out well for me that AF went down and SF rose from it's ashes because I feel like this forum has a more casual, conversational style so I actually like engaging here. I don't like having to play the "I'm a high class, professional companion" role all the time, I like a bit of banter lmao.

Although I did miss AF in it's prime, maybe it was more fun when it had a larger user base.

The best female contributors on AF didn’t play the ‘high class, professional companion’, instead they were either hilarious or used that forum as an educational platform.

The worst female contributors were Amber, and her ilk, whom for reasons known only to themselves, assumed the mantle of industry doyens.

However, I’m not even sure why I was banned.

Maybe the Faded Copper Queen took umbrage at me calling her out as an example of SW’s who charge (expensively) for their time, but make time requests of guys (like me) and assume it is free (it is, but there could at least be an offer of some kind). In Rusty Amber’s case, she wanted me to add content to her website in the form of an interview - as if I like talking about myself!

Maybe there were other reasons: calling out another long-time AF member as a sexual predator/opportunist didn’t help, who lobbied for my exclusion. (How well did that work out for you?)

Or suggesting AF with its connections to NZGs with its DND is a conflict of interest, and an independent forum would be a good idea.

But the venom Amber Alert and Wilbert McGrouchface showed later towards my girlfriend, not only banning her from AF, but deleting all her posts (didn’t even do that to mine), suggests it was personal and vindictive.
 
Actually, whether AF gradually fades away or makes a comeback in the future, it holds a very special place in my heart. Even though I joined quite late and missed its "Golden Age," its rich content broadened my horizons and helped me grow, it is also the place where everyone first got to know me (even though the AF reviews were posted three months later than SF)
 
I miss Amante. The only guy on AF I got to meet in person, we shared a glass of wine (or two) at my house, and I showed him the thrilling acceleration of a Model S. However, it was hard not to miss how ailing he was. But it didn’t stop him from trying to hit me up for a two-million-dollar loan to finish his lifelong property project. (I wish I had been more generous now.)

I saw Amante as the arbiter of good taste on AF, if he didn’t “like” a post of mine, I knew I had gone too far. I was glad someone gave me a link to his funeral so I could witness his sendoff.

AF was good fun pre-Covid. I remember fondly being involved in quite a few flame-ups that ranged through the night (substance-fuelled at both ends, I imagine), spanning several platforms with a young lady (who I love dearly), with it all being removed by a sober Mr AF in the morning. I don’t know why he changed from being a pretty decent guy, who was always nice to me, to an arrogant prick.

I have to admit, it was thrilling to win “Review of the Year 2019” and to beat out Kelly, Amante, Crocodile and Zork to be “Biggest Cunt 2019”, a title that was retired in my honour. Who could follow me?

Not that it’s of any moment, given the moribund state of the place, but it did have an alternative mobile platform, which worked reasonably well.

Did you visit the thread (in the ‘Lobby’) where the administrator is casting around for ideas to revive 😂 the place?

On that thread it was revealed that he’d never visited an escort, which explains quite a lot.

You should have stayed away Johhny. Why give them a life line. Don't forget the AF guy backed the red witch to the hilt. He isn't smart enough to see what was happening. The 2 of them were both capable of distorting reality as they needed. The red witch was power tripping big time. And she would troll around reminding us of her banning thumb. Seems to me she ain't too smart as if she was she wouldn't be needing to do what she does in her mid 60s.
