Punters be aware

That stipulation if you don’t pay $50 for cancelling she will report you for harassment seems like an empty threat. Who exactly will she report you to?

If she calls the cops and says “my client didn’t like the look of me and walked out without paying $50” they will say it is a civil matter between her and you and nothing to do with them.

If she makes up some untruthful shit with it about your behaviour she risks getting into trouble herself. In fact that stipulation sounds a bit like black mail.

Her bad behaviour has already given her a bad name with the punters here and will cost her more than $50.
 
Why do these SWs seem to think that our money is theres?

The reality of the situation is your gonna end up loosing money to punting, the girl shaves considerable time off your booking or in some cases blackout does not give your money back after handing it over. Anyone that has been punting for a amount of time will come across these situations.

Always remember never hand over any money until you are fully satisfied with the girl and you have come to a agreement on a service and price.

Update: Im not sure if she updated her add before or after you posted this on This forum. But if she states on her add a $50 fine will be placed then she has grounds on that and you have to pay $50 no excuses... But If that was not in writing at the time of booking then you did not have to pay the $50

I probably would have done the same as the OP. Hand over and high tail it out of there. Not worth the chance of escalating drama.
It’s in her ad….so raises her resolve around entitlement, warranted or not. I wouldn’t have booked in any case with that red flag.

Lol wait, I'm confused with the last part of your comment, are you saying she has grounds to ask for $50 if her client backs off due to a B&S? If she is what she is as per her ad, punters are most likely to go ahead. Because what attracted punters to her is the ad she put up in the first place. But if she attracts people on false pretense or a B&S, there is no grounds to pay $50 as fine for not going ahead. She is a service provider and we are the client after all.

In what world, is a client obliged to pay after visiting the service provider just by seeing the ad, only to find it is not what was advertised?

If some people don't want drama, they can pay, totally up to them as it's their money, but I strongly disagree with the part where its implied it's their right to ask and we are obliged to pay. But be mindful, such payment practices only creates attempts to extort more money with more B&S profiles. We don't want to feed into such dramas by giving them money. There are no rights for whatsoever until you actually agree to avail her service after seeing her.

Also, If she doesn't want a considerable amount of time shaved off her booking with no chance of earning money, put the ad up with real photos and details and not a B&S profile.

Next thing is some of the naughty old ladies at MetLife care could advertise with fake photos and similar wording for change of mind, request direct credit deposit, then when confirming the booking give you the address as Room 66, xxxx Rest Home with note saying “be careful to not wake my next door neighbours” 😭

Imagine that shit🤣. If we start feeding $50 for backing out, soon we will hear about a similar tale lol.

I mean if it's a legit, genuine, real ad, then it's fine to pay. The Apartment has a $50 booking fee, but we all know the ladies there. They don't B&S.
 
I had a BnS once. As soon as she opened the door I said, I'll pass sorry and walked away.

Some other chick in the room a cracked out fat blonde comes running out shouting about paying a viewing fee. I told her to fuck off and then made the mistake of going to the stairs instead of the elevator she comes in chasing me but I just ran off. After 5 flights she gave up and 20 more I was out the door.

I got a few texts about reporting me for stalking and shit by the time I hit the ground floor, saying I need to transfer them money etc. I usually don't engage as ignoring is best policy but it was a burner sim so I said they can either stop hassling me or I'll call the apartment residences and let them know room "XYZ on Floor 23" is full of hookers and then my next call is to the IRD to chase up that fat tax money they are avoiding.

You can't take bullshit. My rule of thumb is 75% accuracy for pics. Anything worse is outrageous I aint paying anything.
 
If they are threatening to report you to the police for harassment and stalking just because you are refusing to pay their viewing/cancelling fee etc after they pull a B&S. Well thats essentially extortion lol

Nobody its a fucking scare tactic that actually works on some people hence they keep trying it.

I cancelled a booking a few years ago after a review popped up day of advising to stay the fuck away and this knob says her "team of lawyers" were going to come for me. I'm fairly street smart but gotta admit that one got a good laugh out of me. Shes texting me "Confirmed for 1pm as per the contract we agreed upon cancellation incurs full charges" but a dumbed down version of that.

Lady a lawyer costs more per hour than you do, so I can't really see how a "team" of them is going to provide you with any economic value.

"Why is my P&L sheet in the red?"
"Wait we are spending how much on representation"
