The prosecutor would have to prove all the elements beyond reasonable doubt.

Before it even gets there, there's a "public interest" test and also evidence considerations that go into making a decision about whether to prosecute.

There is an argument that there is no public interest in prosecuting a SW who blackmails a client to receive owed payment, but it depends on the Solicitor General's guidelines and the interpretation of them.

You can go to all the effort of going through the system *and* winning only to be owed $20.00 every week if he's bust or very skilled at hiding his stuff. Effectively a weekly reminder of the horrid experience.

He paid a low end of a seeking ppm and she expected to be paid with the hooker meter running for 8 hours.. . unsure of how clear she made her fee expectations made and some other stuff going on just muddy the waters.... Evidence would suggest this is his modus operandi. Seems unlikely there is recourse outside of name and shame but I don't think she has real Id etc (NZP don't consider a convictable offence (dishonesty or "consent trickery" wise) has been committed... Also unclear how they connected (if through a SD site or an ad etc) - that is probably relevant to the discussion as well tbh...
 
If there was other stuff going on like drug use, and if both parties were partaking - and I'm not saying that was the case. But if so it makes the situation more complex. Especially if lots of drugs were used at his expense he may feel like he shouldn't have to pay her full hourly rate...
 
I say take the L.. Loss and Learnings. I actually think you arent being 100% truthful , something doesnt add up. Seems like you tried to game him by offering to hang round only to hit him with the ''by the way the meter was running, you owe me $'' .. old trick, that only works when you got a heavy to enforce it.

I had an outcall a long time ago in a nice hotel try it on. Booked for 90s mins we fucked.. Time up, she asked for a shower to freshen up. Cool. 30 mins later she comes out, and says ''i was waiting for you to join me." Im thanking her for her time expecting her to bounce, she is changing the subject wants to chit chat. Im drinking a beer she asks if i got one for her, cool. Im trying to wrap things up but she is not leaving. She hints we should keep the party going. Finally tell her straight i think its time she left and she hits me with ''pay me for the extra time and ill go''. What was a pleasant evening turned a bit nasty. Threats of Head Hunters at my door. I ended up paying for an extra 1/2 hour to avoid a scene at the hotel lobby.

I had to take the L on that one. Learned a lesson. Stayed away from outcalls since then.
