Maia has a few reviews online, and is very popular, she usually works mondays and thursdays, and is more often than not fully booked up as she is so fantastic. Highly recommend booking as early as you can for Maia to get your preferred time slot.
As far as extras go -even though a girl might have a list of what she does and what she charges, these are NOT ever guaranteed, as they are not part of the business so we legally can not promise them on behalf of the ladies. Extras can only be sorted once in the booking with the lady, who has the right to pick and choose when she does and doesn’t do them and with whom. If a client was disrespectful or smelly or something, she might decline doing extras, or depending on the severity, maybe just up the price a little. Or maybe she just isn’t feeling up to that extra that day. On the flip side, maybe you’re clean, polite, good rapport, and she is more than happy to fulfil your extras requests, maybe even throw in a little discount when you’re getting multiple extras.

What the point is, is that you asked for some information, what she is like etc. You have been given a number of pretty good endorsements and ways to find information that aren't disclosed.
The thing with punting, is at some point, you have to do just what the name says, take a punt.
No one here can make it a sure thing for you. If her extra's do not include Oral, you would just need to accept that and either move on or have a booking knowing it is pretty unlikely that you will get oral

Fair point but see I had 0 information about this or her and the industry before my first time seeing a wg so I came here in good faith to ask the pros but seems some people have a hard time getting the carrot unstuck from their asshole to actually contribute more than a silly little remark
