I've been to debs a couple times ( both great experiences 10/10) but I finde the massage is on the softer side

To be honest you are probably better off just seeing an ACC funded physiotherapist. 
I don't think I have ever had a good therapeutic massage from a sensual masseuse. Some of the older Chinese ladies are a bit more skilled in the therapeutic massage department but I always find the Chinese massage style too hard and painful. You know the kind where they pound your back and tear at your flesh. When I saw Old Amy it was like torture... and that was before she even got to the sexual stuff.

Agree. Alana is a trained masseuses and gives a really good therapeutic massage. She can adjust hardness to your liking.

She only normally work 2 days a week, if you message her those days after midday, she would usually let you know times she would be available.
She has a very regular and loyal following so doesn't need to advertise.
Selena (Deb’s) and Sophia (the Apartment) both give excellent massages from my experiences (not sure if they have therapeutic training) and could be worth a shout or enquiring.
