Like i said laying it on a bit thick mate. Rape? She said he received full service and refused to pay the extras. Hardly a rape accusation, she was drunk and tried to hustle him for extras he didnt receive.
She ''grabbed his arm as he was trying to leave, and in doing so left a visible scratch" hardly assault with intent to injure.
If a SW has agreed to FS and so charge for it but then punter won't pay, it would legally be rape. That's exactly what she was trying to do.
The 'drunk' comment doesnt work. Same as it wouldnt if a guy was drunk and tried to slip it in.

Cool story bud. The fact that it says "in some jurisdictions...." shows you are not looking in a New Zealand context with New Zealand law (we have one jurisdiction here you realise?)
Maybe try another google search given you said you have time (or not use AI) and put it in NZ context. You'll find a different answer.

Let's face it Crystal's is a shit show. I have thought about going back several times just to see if they have changed and improved their service. But every time I looked at their list of girls on the website I am instantly turned off and close the browser in disappointment. Why? Because half the girls are unattractive. Especially the plumpers. I can't comprehend how some of those girls get any bookings. But I guess some men have weird fetishes. Even the attractive girls have shitty unappealing unprofessional photos on there. Crappy filters and selfies. You would of thought maybe they would at least rustle some money together and organise a professional photoshoot for the poor girls. Maybe they would actually increase their business then. This incident is just the shit cherry ontop of the shit sundae.

Careful means:
- Not proceeding with the booking if she seems drunk, even slightly
- Using clear lines of communication and asking first before trying anything that is not explicitly agreed to (save the text messages)
- Text the agency afterward thanking them for the excellent experience, their reply thanking you may help you evidentially if it goes pear shaped
- Notice where the cameras are when you're walking out and interact with her in a way that is consistent with the consensual and legit booking you had
Most importantly, don't let the small number of psychos make you overly suspicious/cautious. Most SWs are legit and not trying to destroy your whole life.

Totally agree. Most are awesome and the few bad apples are in low % . One reason that its good to call out the bad apples so we avoid them/those agencies who dont take action

The Punter left with a full ball sack down $160 hoping the manger will give him $160 credit.
