Eer, yes. The facts don't seem to be in dispute. If a client behaved like that, then the ladies would expect him to be barred.

The absence of any appropriate consequence management reflects Crystals tacit tolerance for such behavviours. Let the buyer beware.

Thanks for coming back and giving us an update. The whole thing is pretty crazy.

I just want to give appreciation to SexForum for actually giving us a place to actually discuss such things. In the old days if something like this happened you had no recourse whatsoever. You couldn't complain about it to your work mates. And there wasn't really anywhere you could discuss it online let alone get any sympathy. Adultforum would just delete your post and ban you. So if you had a bad experience with a sex worker there was really nothing you could do about it. Even complaining to the manager they would probably just tell you to fuck off, unless they recognized you as a regular that spends plenty of money there. I've been B&S'd a 100 times and have had negative experiences with workers that have a bad attitude and/or cut the service short to 1/4-1/2 of the booking duration I've paid for. But I've never had a worker scratch me in a bad way (had plenty scratch me in a good way lol) or try and blackmail me. This is what this forum is about, letting other punters know about the good experiences and the bad.

At least Crystal gave you a refund I guess. Some places wouldn't have even done that, especially in the old days. You get bad apples at every agency, but the good agencies usually get rid of them pretty quick though.

I'm sure that a number of people here were curious as to what happened, and I suspect somewhere between dejected and unsurprised about the response that you got.
That isn't me badmouthing the manger/owner, or the establishment, never been there, never likely to go there, just stating that personally at least I feel that she could have come up with a better answer than the above.
If not moving the therapist on, which I can understand having managed people in a former life, you don't always want to drop the ultimate sanction, it isn't even always a productive move, I feel that she could have at least told you some reassuring things about improvements moving forward to ensure similar incidences don't happen in the furture, to either yourself or anyone else ... whatever form those improvements would have taken.
Given the response you got, your decision to not frequent that establishment again would be the right one.
That particular well has been salted for you, in my subjective opinion.

Also good on you for the way that you followed up.
And for you not just saying to everyone never go there, instead stating your own position on the matter and letting others draw whatever lesson they will from your retelling of the incident and the follow up.
Handled with true class.

I suspect I’m out of step with my take on this (so nothing new there) - but hasn’t this gone on a little too long? Yes, the OP had a terrible experience, was hurt a little bit ("Twas but a scratch"), some idle threats were made (but nothing came of them); he got an apology and a refund. What exactly should Crystal do next? Shave the girl’s head and have her march down Dominion Road to the sound of a ringing bell and cries of “Shame! Shame!” while a mob throws shit at her?

Please note - I don’t go on any forums anymore. Yes I have heard I have an impersonator on an online forum (someone who has signed up with the username Amber O’Hara), but I can assure you it is definitely not me. It’s curious that some still have an interest in negatively interacting with the fake Amber persona and I respect their right to do what they do with their life/energy but it doesn’t seem to have affected my business negatively. At this stage, I have no intention of spending any time or energy on forums again, not even to look, so I ask people please not to tell me about it - if it is anything serious, please just report it to Netsafe. I’m no longer posting on Medium either but I do still have my website matureladyfriend dot com. I’m in my facebook group “mature friends”, and also sometimes post here on FB or X. I also occasionally post in letterboxd which is an app for cinephiles. That’s all. Anything else is not me.
 
Good on ya, OP, for calling out the bad behaviour. As for sex work goes, even if Samara were to get fired from Crystals, she could join another agency as Whatever New Name. Lie flat with a heap of lube and some latex, and it's all it takes.
 
I think the op has dramatised his response for remorse. I visited again today after my amazing massage on Thursday last week and has been confirmed by another girl that there is no alcohol on the premises, I even asked for a beer and was offered a 0% beer, the op is lucky enough to have received a refund and sounds like and looks like the girl has been stood down to reflect and will return as a sober worker. Everyone deserves another chance to redeem themselves
