Dude nobody who is receiving this treatment from any of the girls around are going to say as much because that will essentially just ruin the whole thing. I’m not trying to tell any of you how to live your lives, but in case you aren’t aware (as many people genuinely aren’t, hell I’d been a working girl for almost a year before I found out) almost every single STI you can catch in the genital region you can also Get in your throat - ie you can catch oral chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis etc meaning if a girl is doing unprotected blowjobs and happens to suck off a client with chlamydia she will catch oral chlamydia and then when you see her and she sucks your dick you will then have chlamydia. This is why it is illegal to offer unprotected oral sex. Unfortunately oral std tests aren’t included if you go to family planning or the sexual health clinics anymore so the only way you can get tested for oral stds is through going to the doctors and requesting them, which obviously comes with a charge whereas family planning and sexual health clinics are free. So the vast majority of people who do offer ******* blowjobs will be entirely unaware if they’ve even got an oral std as they likely aren’t getting throat swabs.
