Looks intriguing although agree the low price could be a red flag. Figured I'd try and take one for the team and can always walk if I get there and things seem off.
However I haven't had a reply. Will update if I hear back eventually.
 
Just to update there was eventually a reply but it was a just a complete copy and paste of the text in her ad and no answer as to whether she was available for the time I asked about. So think we'll leave this one.
