any providers that actually provide a hug or kiss at the door especially when your paying for gfe service...

A lot of them hug you when you first meet them. If you find giving them money awkward try going to an agency with a mangeress.

Some do, some probably want the cash first. I often just place the money down without saying anything, just make sure they see you do it.

Purchase some envelopes, put money in envelope, leave unsealed, write her name on it, place envelope either in her hand or on a table/cabinet etc. Do this on arrival.
