This below comes via a provider who text me, and does not feel 'safe' to post herself (which I entirely understand and appreciate). This is the 5th message Ive received in the same vein since I first posted last night. Just in-case yall thought I was alone in my thoughts here.

'In what world does losing out on spending disposable income, equate to losing out on livelihood contributing financials? Plus a risk of clients changing phone numbers, means requests via deception leading to potential retaliation in-person, from having had a number blocked.

This does not seem to register in this entire discussion! Why are you all so focussed on missing out on spending money you already had, just for having a sexual experience that is (NOT a human right), whereas making a living to afford basic human rights of housing and food etc which SW provides), over a safety and harassment concern for girls you say you "respect"?

Ava, I absolutely agree that wasting another person’s time - especially when done deliberately - is abhorrent. The trouble is the that you, again, project your comments through a misandrist lens.

You may recall a review I wrote about a colleague of your who had wasted my time - the infamous ‘Blanketgate’ review. Now, Rosie, was an attractive and sweet woman, but kind of ethereal and lacking the attention to detail and focus that the industry demands. By, inadvertently, getting the day of the booking wrong, she wasted a minimum of two hours of my time. When the booking did take place, she couldn’t manage the basics of temperature control - the room would have been 18 degrees, and it was dark and drab. The experience was anything but accordant with her tariff - which @ $400/hr, five years ago was right up there.

Notwithstanding that, my objective and reasonable review was subject to trenchant criticism, from your side of the industry, and most notably from YOU.

In the last two weeks I have been ghosted by providers on two occasions. The first time was a woman whom I hadn’t seen. The booking was at relatively short notice and everything bar location had been confirmed. When the latter wasn’t forthcoming, I assumed she was running late/busy and so drove to the general area and waited. I had sent a message ahead of this, and sent follow up messages as I waited. Eventually it became obvious that my communications were being ignored.

Back home, I wrote and posted a review of my experience on this forum (since deleted). The woman replied to my post explaining that her cancellation had been predicated on information linked to my number on SW sites. I countered this by explaining how lucky she was the SW reviews were displayed on public forum, where the SW could refute, or repudiate the allegation, or, as is the often case, one (or many) of her clients could step up. Regrettably, provider client reviews have the transparency, and (can) have the veracity, of the North Korean 🇰🇵 justice system.

If it has never occurred to you, that SW sites, can be abused for the purposes of exacting retribution against clients who have a called out a SW for unprofessional conduct, then you obviously haven’t extended you mind very far.

In the event the woman, whom I had booked, continued to engage with me - initially on the thread, then via PM and finally, she unblocked my number and called me. I give her tremendous kudos, for having the perspicacity to conclude that the information on your SW sites, didn’t accord with her impression of the guy she was communicating with.

So, we have a booking scheduled.

Surely, in this industry both sides want essentially the same thing, mutual respect and decency. Perhaps, Ava, you need to ask yourself, whether you are taking us away from, or towards that goal.

Last night I was also sent a screenshot which for her privacy I will not post, from a provider - that was a text convo from the very same poster that sparked me starting this thread in the first place.

Unsurprisingly it turns out this guy is a notorious sex-pest, and major creep who is well known for these behaviours and worse. He makes ridiculous obscene demands, is a chronic time-waster, and changes his number on a regular basis for the direct purpose of obtaining our services by deception.

This is not as simple as just no-showing. It speaks to a much deeper issue. The fact that so many of you are able to centre yourselves and your lost boners is a sad reflection on the punter community.

Again, I know it's not all of you.

Yes, Screening clients is the first step in my job. I won't accept bookings from jerks or trashy clients, ever. I won't let them keep me working in a frustrated and irritated state all day. Maintaining a positive attitude every day, and dedicating myself to my work, booking quality clients :coffee:
 
Can someone please remind Mr Mac that months ago I stated that I refuse to engage with him in any way, so he needn't waste his breath in attempting to get a rise out of me.

And also that this cool word 'misandrist' he insists on using about me to infer that I 'hate all men', despite me continually recognising that its not all men who behave this way. This man hating accusation could easily be discounted by speaking to my many valued regs who will tell him all about how I hate men sooooooo much, that they always leave with a massive smiles on their faces already looking forward to the next time they get to see me. Poor things :cry:

I adore some men, and collect them in fact. But I strongly dislike SOME types of predominantly male behaviour, as does every single other women I know.

I think we all agree that time wasting sucks and is no good. It's great that some sex workers can actually acknowledge that clients also have to experience time wasting as well. Unlike AvaMIWNLF, some sex workers actually realise that not all sex workers are always in the right every single time, and there are actually some bad ones out there. We all know that no shows and time wasters is something you commonly have to deal with in the sex industry and as Pete Rocker said we don't need another lecture on it for the 100th time. Just as we don't need another lecture on showering properly.

This thread is in bad spirits because AvaMIWNLF is just trying stir up division between sex workers and punters yet again. And division between women and men. She clearly gets so little bookings she has so much time to dedicate to this agenda. And once again she tries to paint all men and all clients with the same brush. Instead of unleashing a TSUNAMI OF PISS, as she does in her bookings, today she is instead unleashing a TSUNAMI OF MISANDRY, that is her vile hatred of men. Don't not let this nasty hatemonging demagogue win!

AvaMIWNLF is like a racist that justifies her racism with a few bad experiences they have had with Indians or black people. Instead she justifies her hatred of men with some bad experiences she has had with some clients and probably other experiences she has had in her personal life. And to be honest looking at her advert on escortify it comes to no surprise she gets more than her fair share of time wasters... as surely her advert can only appeal to the very bottom of the barrel in terms of clientele.

I really wish AvaMIWNLF would actually get more bookings, that way she would have less time to spout her nonsense on here. But then again, I understand why she receives so little...
 
The best way to address the shit house behaviour of no shows and no communication is always to say" Well I was ghosted or bait and switched so meh, Its the price of business" *sarc*

Should no showing Bait and switching and the other crappy behaviour mentioned be called out, of course it should - that applies to both sides of the transaction

The whole tone of you shouldn't speak up because you're a sexworker is something belonging in the 1970's. Are some of you threatened by a woman who speaks her mind in what was a well reasoned post and have to revert to petty and unfounded insults ?

And as for the bait and switching? There are a couple of reasons why it is so prevalent. Firstly the punter allows it to happen. If the Girl is not who you booked, calm your erection down and walk. If this happens on a regular basis the regularity of it will slow. Secondly, save your pennies and stop playing in that end of the market. The average rate is now around $300 to $350 an hour. I would almost certainly guarantee the vast majority of B&S is in the $200 an hour or less range.

Anyway, I guess daring to utter such heresay will have me again branded a SIMP, but que sera sera. I would see it as being a reasonable person.

I would hardly describe her initial post as "well reasoned". Rather it read as hysterical, angry, emotionally charged rant. If she really wanted to discuss this issue seriously she would have done it in a calm and rational way without just trying to stir shit. But somehow I am not sure she is capable of doing that.
