I'm sorry Ava but no one is forcing you to choose to work in the sex industry. Why not take up a job doing something else? You can't associate the buyer with the disposable income to your right to earn a living because they are mutually exclusive. Your choice to offer sex but expect all the customers to behave in a certain way? You are only talking on 1 side of the coin.

Reading this thread brought me back last month on how Melissa Milano (a Locanto SW in Chch) had completely ghosted me. We communicate over 2 weeks and all seemed well as she was trusting in sending me her photos. I'm not talking about any particular time wasting but a full on ghosting right up to 30 minutes before the booked appointment. I had criticism from others and herself on this forum without addressing the fact that the core problem was 1 side of the party CHOSE NOT to communicate so I brought my experience to this forum, just as you are.

Basically Ava, what happened to you had happened to me and because talk is cheap, I posted a screen shot of my last txt messages with Ms Milano as real proof what happened. So all in all, you have no bone to cry about.

The fortunate thing is we are grateful we have SF.co.nz to post our reviews and rants. No different to online reviews such as Yelp and Google Reviews. We should be embracing this as it keeps a toll on the bad punters and bad providers.

As you pointed out it was a TSUNAMI of MISANDRY. AvaMIWNLF spied this forum - a place where providers and punters were engaging in a fun, and mutually respectful fashion - and embarked on an agenda of disruption.

Had she been interested in a constructive debate, she would have addressed the issues raised in my first post. But no, she’s as one-eyed as a 70s British trade unionist.

Help @Dixxi3_ help @Sahara and all the other providers who have come on here with open minds

There are a lot of responses in here that have taken it that way. The original post l thought was reasonable with an example poor punter behaviour of a forum member that only one punter called out and others seem to have agreed to with a 👍

The petty forum behaviour can’t be wholly attributed to Ava’s following comments.
 
I haven't been paying much attention to the sections other than Auckland, but it felt like for Auckland at least we had kind of achieve a level of harmony for the time being - as much as possible considering the nature of this forum. Well at least until Ava felt the need to post her hysterical rant and try and stir up discontent and division, yet again.

"NO SHOWS" all in caps and the rest of her drama inducing post and replies is hardly what I would call reasonable. What she hopes to achieve from this I don't know. It certainly isn't going to stop no showing and time wasting clients. I can't imagine it is winning her many new customers either, probably the opposite... But who knows maybe it will win her a couple of new customers in the form of pathetic gormless simps who enjoy complaining, nagging, hysterical, dramatic, and obnoxiously overbearing women who might find Ava's domination and TSUNAMI PISSING services appealing. Personally I can't think of anything worst. I'd rather revisit Old Amy 100 times in a row.

Most small business owners will tell you customers can be fickle, fussy, rude unreliable, demanding, won't pay and so on.
As has been said there ain't nothing stranger than folks.
Sex work is the same I guess. Just gotta work within it. Maybe figure out some strategies to minimize your risks.

I agree. Nothing wrong with Ava's initial post on this thread. There is clearly some history between her and some of the people who responded. If you feel the need to attack every post by someone you don't like then maybe you should reconsider whether it's healthy for you to participate here. This applies to @AvaMILF too. Some of your later posts were getting a bit nasty....again there is clearly history here that isn't visible on this thread. Is your presence here a positive thing for YOU?

Why do we need so much fucking drama on here? Can't we all just be fucking civilised?
 
The heading for this thread is 'No Shows' and had the scope of the thread just focussed on this aspect we would not be onto Page 4 and counting. Let's all agree if you are the aggrieved party in a No Show your time has been wasted, you have been disrespected and disregarded, irrespective of the nature of the service that resulted in the No Show. Anyone who does not have the courtesy, decency, good manners, respect, etc, etc for the other party's time and/or livelihood is an unmitigated arsehole. I think we are unanimous on this. But this should never be a punter versus WG or vice versa...we are discussing bad behaviour by someone, whoever the protagonist should be condemned and not defended which in this narrow example of No Shows is punter or WG.

The thread morphing into punters changing Sim cards, and trying to circumvent being blocked, and SW safety is a whole different topic that merits its own separate discussion. Maybe open a thread for that topic and this thread will slowly fade down the most recent list as it should...said he, but by virtue of commenting sending it back to the top, albeit momentarily only hopefully! 😂

I'm not sensing much drama in the later responses on this thread. She posted a complaint linking how punters having the disposable income vs the SW having a greater need to make a living, but lose out more because of the NO SHOWS. This forum is dominated by men, she won't get much sympathy doing a rah rah here.

If she was smarter, she would have a backup plan. I always wonder why individual SW don't have a backup or a standby list that offer a lower fee for short notice response? Like if there's a no show, the standby can come in if time permits?

Oh no....Don't drag me into this shit show.. I have seen this too many times on here. Us sex workers always need to be careful posting on here. As soon as a post sounds like a "lecture", everyone gets defensive and shit goes down real quick and both sides lose control and start attacking each other. Rather unproductive and unnecessary. When are we going to learn.. Sahara is out.

I reckon you're looking at it the wrong way, its shit house having your time wasted regardless of what side of the fence you're on and sending a msg as early as possible is the right thing to do.
Completely fair enough to blacklist the client and share that with other workers just as you warned us. Weeds out shit providers and punters which hopefully means less dud bookings.

The fact is unlike before, the Internet has provided a way for BOTH sides of the coin to complain. Running away because 1 side becomes too attacking is to admit defeat. Maybe the facts speak for themselves “res ipsa loquitur” applies. You have the no shows and you have those being ghosted on booked appointments.

My previous post offered a solution to AvaMILF but I suppose being smart may be asking too much.

But there's always 2 sides of the coin. Last month I was completely ghosted. At least JohnnyPunter got a 9 minute notice before the booking time which IMO should be acceptable in this kind of industry. You know like the customer takes too long or the SW has a rough plow that caused bleeding or etc. What is not acceptable and what happened to me was a booking cancelled the 1st time, then rebooked a 2nd time only to be ghosted.

Fully agree about blacklisting punters... But do we blacklist the SW that do ghosting?? Nope.

That only works if the SW isn't fully booked all the time and has the demand to keep them fully booked. In the case with AvaMILF, which has been noted before, she's not a full time SW due to her past injury and complains that any no-shows hurt her total income far more than those who do work full time.

No offense but it's kinda like the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant business working for tips. You're either busy making it or you're not busy making it because you only gave 50% effort.
