Ive had two gorgeous mates just return from Chch tours this week who said they were quite busy, so not sure where you are looking.
It happens all the time that we get requests to visit specific cities and when we do, those that have asked for our presence are nowhere to be seen. If people don't support the touring ladies when they are in town, they simply wont return. Don't 'wait till next time' as there may not be one.

Care to elaborate? Where did you work from, and were your clientele generally poor, or did you just have one or two outliers?
Or was it a case of low uptake?

Sometimes when I am looking at making a booking I have some locals in mind. But while looking through profiles occasionally a touring lady catches my eye and then its a tough decision on who I should see that week.
If I'm still going to see the local lady in the future do you think its good to support the touring girl? This is what I have generally been doing, and I usually stick to one punt per week.

The local lady will likely still be there next week, so for sure support the touring ladies if one catches your attention and see the local lass next time. Touring is extremely expensive with flights, accomodation and expenses. So decisions on where to travel to next are often entirely based on the success of previous tours to certain destinations.

I asked someone on this forum, whom I hadn’t seen before, when she’d next be down. Told her I’d see her. When she came down, I booked under my forum name, specifically to avoid the inference you have described.

I think everyone’s expectations when touring are different but I was a bit let down - lots of timewasters, most clients booked SM which is cool but not where you make the $$. I realise my GFE rates price a lot of people out but I don’t have a problem getting clients with my pricing in Auckland or Tauranga. I did have some lovely clients who have asked me to come back though
