Please be aware of this place! ( warning there is sh*t on the showerheads and will put your health at risk)
To begin with, management (Ivy) are incredibly racist, ignorant, inexperienced and disingenuous. So if you are a client or worker of colour here you will face a lot of racism and bigotry. I had an incident with another worker there who is still allowed to work at the establishment named Kandi that called me a “dirty arab c***” and when this was addressed with management, management chose to do nothing about it. Kandi also threatened to physically assault me and once again management did not care. This incident was witnessed by a client and another worker.
This establishment is also extremely unsanitary. My client declined to take a shower as he found faecal matter on the shower head and THAT IS A COMPLETE HEALTH AND SAFTEY VIOLATION. When this matter was addressed to management, it was ignored. They do not care about the health and wellbeing of workers or clients. There are no proper cleaning standards on the property either. No cleaners come in to the property ever. What management fixate on is over accessorising the rooms and bathrooms to promote a “luxury” establishment when in reality it’s a filthy dump. and this place needs to get shut down as its putting clients and workers at risk safety wise and health wise as well
