Same problemo, have you tried a cock-ring? I bought a xxl first time and it fell off. Duh. I went back to P&C and bought one that looked smaller ( not sized ) and it really worked. @northshy I guess you're talking about anal. It's like most things, some do, some don't and a lot never try.
