I don't know her, but it is quite possible she has a Singapore passport. There are, obviously, many ethnic Chinese (not just SWs) who were born in China, but now travel on passports from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc. I've meet several SWs here who were traveling on such passports.
