Hello lovelies!
Myself and lacie venom will be going to Wellington 21st-24th but I'm curious to know which is the better option to work from?
The apartments or Scarlett rooms?
Or.. are there others?
Will be my first time going there 🤍
 
Sorry not going to be very helpful here.

Been to both not a lot between them for me.

I found The Apartment location and entrance more discreet.

I book mostly evenings so Scarlett’s was better walking distance and found more relaxing once settled in.

I would go with what you find easiest to work in with

I haven't been to Scarlett's but I've been to the Apartment a number of times and it's clean, tidy, discreet, easy to get to and with plenty of parking close by. But that's not relevant to clients who aren't driving in via the motorway; and we rarely deal with the management of such places (and never in the same way that you do).

The biggest difference to the most clients will be whether or not you two feel good about wherever you end up working from. If you're happy, we're going to be happy.
 
I like both locations and I think they are centrally located and are discrete enough for the punters to enter and exit the premise. At the apartment there is free parking for 60-90 minutes and it is only a couple minutes walk away from the location.

A really small gripe, I'm not sure if its me but has anyone found the temperature on the shower at the apartment to be a little bit temperamental? Or maybe I'm not coordinated enough to adjust the heat well.

The shower at Scarlett rooms is much nicer and I've never crossed paths with another punter there.
The homeless people of Wellington get fed next door to The Apartment so can be a bit rough at some times of the day.
